Part of the Birkenstock Family, Betula was formed in 1994. The Betula footbed was designed for optimum posture. The natural cork footbed is flexible and shock absorbent and has an arch support that stabilizes the middle section on the foot. While the longitudinal arch support, supports the natural foot shape, ensuring better comfort and balance.

Betula uses a combination of leather, textiles and birko-flor, which is made of acrylic and polymide felt fibres, soft with a smooth leather like finish.
