Online purchases over $100 receive Free Delivery

If you would like to purchase any of our shoes you can do this in a number of ways.

• Purchase desired shoes online via the secure PayPal payment gateway. Simply click on your desired shoe and follow the prompts and receive free delivery anywhere in Australia for purchases over $100.

• Or visit any of our convenient Perth locations. You will find store contact and location details here.

Delivery

It is our aim to have any goods ordered dispatched on the day the order is placed however it may take up to 4 days before your goods can be dispatched. (Monday to Friday). Most deliveries will be delivered anywhere around Australia within 4 working days.   

Shipping

All online orders of $100 or more within Australia will be sent free of charge and will be sent via a trackable receipted delivery via Australia post.

For delivery outside of Australia pleases contact us and we will arrange quote for delivery per item.

Returns policy

If for some reason the shoes you have purchased online do not fit, we will exchange, provide credit or refund as long as the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery, unmarked and in original packaging. 

Simply contact our office sales@paulcarroll.com.au and we will provide a return authorisation number. Return freight will be covered by the purchaser.
