Online purchases over $100 receive Free Delivery in Australia
If you would like to purchase any of our shoes you can do this in a number of ways.
- Purchase desired shoes online via the secure PayPal payment gateway. Simply click on your desired shoe and follow the prompts and receive free delivery anywhere in Australia for purchases over $100.

Dispatch & Delivery
It is our aim to have any goods ordered dispatched on the day the order is placed however it may take up to 4 days before your goods can be dispatched (Monday to Friday). All orders of $100 or more for delivery within Australia will be sent free of charge and will be sent receipted standard delivery via Australia post.

Standard Delivery (eParcel - Australia Post)
The approximate delivery time is 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Free standard receipted delivery for orders of $100 or more.

Express Delivery (Express eParcel - Australia Post)
The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. Discounted express receipted delivery for orders of $100 or more. Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post networks*

International Delivery
For delivery outside of Australia, a flat rate of AUS $50 per item applies.
Returns policy
If for some reason the shoes you have purchased online do not fit, we will exchange, provide credit or refund as long as the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery, unmarked and in original packaging.
Simply contact our office online.store@paulcarroll.com.au and we will provide a return authorisation number.
Return freight will be covered by the purchaser.
