Can I return shoes if they don’t fit?

Yes. But please choose your product carefully. All products can be returned for an exchange or refund if the product is faulty, but not simply if you change your mind. If the product does not fit correctly or you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we are happy to exchange, however you will need to pay the return postage.

To return or exchange simply contact online.store@paulcarroll.com.au or call 1300 762 288 and advise customer service that you would like to arrange an exchange or return.

Returned shoes must be in original packaging, not worn or marked and within 14 days of initial purchase.
On receipt of returned footwear the exchange will be performed and sent out or a refund issued.  

Can I exchange online purchase instore?

No refunds can be given instore, however, we will allow exchanges to occur.

How do I find my size?

Most of our brands our internationally distributed and sizing’s are well known by those who have worn them before. If however the brand is new to you, we have placed a size chart on the web site to assist you in working out your sizing. Simply click on size chart which can be printed out as a basic foot measure. This will assist you in completing your purchase. Please note the measure is simply a guide as manufacturers sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand.

How long does it take to get shoes?

We are based in Perth, Western Australia and have a very efficient traceable delivery service.
