If you are able to place an item in your shopping cart, that means that the item is available for shipment. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours (business working days) and refund your PayPal account for the full amount within 2 working days.

Delivery Times 

As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email. Orders are delivered by Australia Post eParcel. Click here for approximate delivery schedules.

Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. You will be allocated a tracking number where you can log onto the Australia Post website and track the location of your order.

Conditions of Delivery

We deliver via Australia Post eParcel. A signature is required on all deliveries and therefore someone must be present to accept the package. Parcels are taken to the nearest Post Office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery for later collection by you.  

For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours.

Payment

Shoe Superstore online accepts payment via PayPal or Credit Card (American Express, Visa and Master Card only). We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques, gift vouchers or money orders as online payment.

If you pay via Credit Card, you will not be debited for your order until your order has been processed. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will automatically be debited for your order.  

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
