All orders for delivery within Australia will be sent free of charge and will be sent receipted delivery via Australia post.

For delivery outside of Australia, a flat rate of AUS $50 per item applies.

Returns policy
If for some reason the shoes you have purchased online do not fit we will exchange, provide credit or refund as long as goods are returned within 14 days, unmarked and in original packaging. Simply contact our office sales@paulcarroll.com.au and we will provide a return authorisation number.

Please note that return freight will be covered by the purchaser.
