All online purchases receive Free Standard Delivery in Australia

If you would like to purchase any of our shoes you can do this in a number of ways.

1. Purchase desired shoes online via the secure PayPal payment gateway. Simply click on your desired shoe and follow the prompts and receive free delivery anywhere in Australia.

Dispatch & Delivery

It is our aim to have any goods ordered dispatched on the day the order is placed however it may take up to 4 days before your goods can be dispatched (Monday to Friday). All orders within Australia will be sent free of charge and will be sent receipted standard delivery via Australia post.

Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery (eParcel - Australia Post)
The approximate delivery time is 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Free standard receipted delivery for all orders. Standard delivery can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track

Express Delivery (Express eParcel - Australia Post)
The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post networks* Express delivery can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track

International Delivery
For delivery outside Australia, postage will vary depending on weight and country of origin. Australia Post is used to deliver all international orders. International orders can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track

Returns policy

If for some reason the shoes you have purchased online do not fit, we will exchange, provide credit or refund as long as the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery, unmarked and in original packaging. Simply contact our office customercare@paulcarroll.com.au and we will provide a return authorisation number. Return freight will be covered by the purchaser.

For change of mind returns, all full price merchandise that is unworn with tag and packaging in its original condition can be returned to Paul Carroll online for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
