You can sign up in store or online.
Do I need an email address to join The Carroll Circle?
Yes. An email address is required to unlock the full benefits of The Carroll Circle, including your welcome voucher, birthday reward and exclusive member offers. Without an email address, we are unable to send these to you.
Is The Carroll Circle free to join?
Yes. It is completely free to join.
Is this a discount program?
The Carroll Circle is a rewards program designed to give you more value as you shop. You'll earn points, receive vouchers, and unlock a range of benefits, including exclusive member offers along the way.
Do I need a profile to be part of The Carroll Circle?
Yes. You need a customer profile to join. This allows us to track your points, purchases and rewards.
Can I join without a mobile number?
Yes. A mobile number is not required to join.
I have just shopped in store. When will my points update?
Your points are updated once your purchase has been processed in store.
I have just shopped online. When will my points update?
Points are updated once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on full-price and sale items, excluding Gift Cards.
Do my points expire?
Points reset annually on 1 January each year.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance.
Where can I find my points balance?
You can view your points balance on your digital membership card in your mobile wallet, in your Paul Carroll emails, or by asking our team in store.
What are the tiers in The Carroll Circle?
There are three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. As your annual spend increases, you move up and unlock more benefits.

What happens to my tier each year?
Once you reach a tier, it is protected for the following year. After that, your spend is reviewed to determine whether you stay in that tier or move.
How do I know what tier I am in?
You can view your tier on your digital membership card in your mobile wallet, in your Paul Carroll emails, or by asking our team in store.
What is the digital membership card?
Your digital membership card lives in your mobile wallet and gives you easy access to your membership in one place. You can use it to identify yourself in store so your purchases are added to your account, view your tier and points balance, and access your vouchers and offers.
How do I add my membership card to my mobile wallet?
After you sign up, you will receive a welcome email with a link to add your digital membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How do I use my vouchers?
In store — show your voucher from your digital membership card in your mobile wallet, or open it from your email and our team will scan it.
Online — enter your coupon code at checkout. You will find your code in your voucher email or on your digital voucher in your mobile wallet.
Can I use more than one voucher at a time?
No. Only one voucher or promotional code can be used per transaction.
I joined but haven't received my welcome email. What should I do?
Check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer support team and we will check your details and resend if needed.
Where can I unsubscribe from The Carroll Circle emails?
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in your Paul Carroll emails or by updating your communication preferences in your account.
If I unsubscribe from emails, can I still be a member?
Yes, but you will miss out on key benefits including vouchers, birthday rewards and exclusive offers, as these are delivered via email.
