THE CARROLL CIRCLE members can earn points on purchases made through the official Paul Carroll website (Paulcarroll.com.au) and official subsidiary websites, including Arcopedico (Arcopedico.com.au), Gino Ventori (Ginoventori.com.au), Klouds (Klouds.com), and Mephisto (Mephistoshoes.com.au). Purchases made through third-party stockists or external retailers are not eligible to earn points.
Points earned across all participating subsidiaries contribute to a member’s tier, which determines the rewards, vouchers, and benefits they may receive.

All existing Rewards Club Members will automatically become Carroll Circle Members.
To receive a Birthday Voucher, provide your date of birth when signing up, or add it to your CARROLL CIRCLE profile if you are already a member.
You must be 18 or older to join.
New CARROLL CIRCLE members will receive an email with a link to download their digital membership card in their Welcome Email or in future Paul Carroll emails, which can be saved in their Apple or Google mobile wallet.
Once customers receive an offer, they can save it to their mobile wallet to use in-store or online.
To redeem in-store, present your digital voucher from your mobile wallet, or your voucher in your email, at the point of sale for scanning.
To redeem online, access your voucher code from your mobile wallet or your email and apply it at checkout.
The membership card is only created if the customer is a member of THE CARROLL CIRCLE.

From time to time, we may offer bonus points promotions. The terms of these promotions will be communicated at the time.
Your points are calculated based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period, which resets each year on 31 December.
Each year, your membership tier is reviewed based on your spend within the new 12-month period. To retain your current tier or move up, you will need to meet the required spend again during this period. If your spend does not meet the tier threshold, your membership will move to the appropriate lower tier.

Gift card purchases and delivery fees are not attributed to your qualifying spend. New members who join in-store will receive a $20 welcome offer, which is applied immediately to their first purchase.
New members who join online will receive a $20 welcome voucher via email, which includes a code for online use and a barcode for in-store use. This voucher is redeemable with a minimum spend of $149 and expires 30 days from the date of issue.
Your tier is based on the total points you earn across the calendar year. As your points increase, you may move into a higher tier once the relevant threshold has been reached.
For in-store purchases, your points are added to your account once your transaction is complete. This may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account.
