WHAT IS PLANTAR FASCIITIS?

The Plantar Fascia is a strong piece of tissue connecting the heel bone to the toes and is what gives our feet that nice little arch.

Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation in the heel caused by overuse, overstretching or a medical condition leaving us with heel pain.
