THE PROCESS

PICK YOUR SHOES

Once shoes have been added to your cart, select 'Click & Collect' under delivery method.

2.
CHOOSE YOUR STORE

Pick your preferred Paul Carroll store to pick up from. Find your store here.

3.
CHECK YOUR EMAILS

Check your inbox! You will receive an email notification when your shoes are ready to be picked up.

4.
COLLECT YOUR ITEM(S)

Head to the store you selected in step 2 once your received your email notification. Have your order number ready!

FAQs

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Your shoes will take 1 business day (at minimum) to become available.
Please wait until you have received your email notification telling you your order is ready to be picked up.
We strive to have your order ready for the next day however this is heavily reliant on stock availability in stores and whether we have to transfer between states.

WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

Click & Collect orders have 30 days to be returned online or in-store from date of collection, depending on eligibility. For full returns information see here.
