CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
$1 spent at Paul Carroll = 1 loyalty point (unless otherwise specified by Paul Carroll).
Bronze, Silver and Gold members will retain their membership status for one financial year (July 1st to June 30th the following year) and receive their membership benefits for the duration of that year unless promoted to a higher loyalty level based on points earned.
Tiers are automatically adjusted when Customer Club members achieve the necessary points to be promoted to a higher tier.
If members do not earn the minimum points required to remain in their current tier level at the end of the financial year, a new tier level will be assigned according to the number of points they have earned.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all customer details are up to date and correct in our system. You can login and check your details online at www.paulcarroll.com.au or check them in store by asking one of our friendly staff.
Gift vouchers or rewards coupons cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used by the member they were issued to.
Multiple accounts cannot be combined. Tier level is determined by the members’ account with the most points accrued.
