CUSTOMER LOYALTY DISCOUNT ON SALE SHOES

  • A customer with loyalty points within their Paul Carroll account will not receive their allocated loyalty discount if a product in their cart is on sale.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Paul Carroll are very flexible with your returns, you can return anything for exchange/store credit/refund within 30 days. 
  • We strictly do not offer refunds if bought with AfterPay and during warehouse clearance/final sale, which happens once a year.
