REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Refunds and exchanges for eligible online purchases are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchased using Afterpay. ACL apply
- Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available on full-price items and sale items priced at $170 and above.
- Sale items priced between $100 – $169.99 are not eligible for a refund; however, an exchange or store credit will be offered.
- Sale Items priced at $99.99 or below are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. This also applies to purchases made during Warehouse Clearance Sales.

Paul Carroll E-Gift Card
- Our gift cards are available to purchase in increments of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, or $100.00, or give our Customer Care team a call on 1300 762 288 for a specific amount.
- We process gift cards next business day (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm AWST) and email a copy to your order confirmation email address. If you would like a hard copy of your voucher, please contact our team to arrange.
- Paul Carroll Gift Vouchers do not expire, and can be used in any of our retail stores or with our Customer Care team over the phone on 1300 762 288. If the selected items are more than the value of the voucher, the difference can be paid with Credit Card or PayPal.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please look after your Gift Card as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
CUSTOMER LOYALTY DISCOUNT ON SALE SHOES
- Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. For Eg. Customers will not receive their loyalty discount on top of sale prices.

- Sign up at the bottom of this page to receive our emails and receive a unique $20 discount.
- Discount code is single-use only and valid minimum spends $149.
- If you return items or receive a partial refund on an order that used a promotional code, and the remaining order total falls below the promotion’s minimum spend, the promotion will no longer apply. The value of the promotion may be deducted from your refund, or your order total may be adjusted accordingly.
BIRTHDAY MONTH VOUCHER
- To receive a voucher for your birthday, please let our friendly staff know in store, or complete the birthday month form here or below!
- Customers will receive their birthday voucher at the start of their birthday month or on the day they sign up and provide Paul Carroll with their birthday month. Note that the later in the month you provide promoter with your birthday month, the less time you will have to use it during your birthday month.
- Not applicable to cash sales. Customer must be a Paul Carroll member to receive and use this voucher.
- Only redeemable once during the customer's birthday month.
- Offer is only valid on full priced purchases over $149.
- Not in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is valid until the last day of the customer's birthday month unless otherwise specified.
