It's no secret that the ECCO Soft 7 is a customer favourite, so we're inviting you to put them to the test! Paul Carroll offers you up to 30 days to fall in love with your Soft 7's*. If you're not completely satisfied simply return them to any of our stores for an exchange or credit note. 

 

 Fitting & Wear Advice:

To achieve optimal comfort, we suggest visiting us in store for a fitting from one of our knowledgeable team members to ensure you're completely happy with the size and fit. If you're ordering online, we suggest trying them on at home first before wearing them outside. We also suggest wearing them in for a few hours at a time for the first few days to allow your feet to become settled in the shoes and allow the leather to further soften and mould to your feet.

 

 Terms & Conditions:

  • The Paul Carroll ‘30 Day Comfort Guarantee’ is available on ECCO Soft 7.0 Men’s and Ladies sneakers purchased during the month of October 2019 only.
  • The return must be within 30 Days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are not available as part of the  ‘30 Day Comfort Guarantee’. Customers will be issued with an exchange or credit note if all terms and conditions are satisfied. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of return.
  • This offer is limited to one Soft 7 purchase per person.
  • If, for some reason you are not satisfied with the ECCO Soft 7 and choose to return the shoe within the 30 days of purchase, this offer does not extend onto the replacement shoe. If you choose to go against the advice of the sales assistant fitting your Soft 7, you may void the ‘30 Day Comfort Guarantee’ that applies to that shoe,
  • Paul Carroll's usual return policy applies to unworn Soft 7 purchases being returned because of change of mind.  For more information on Paul Carroll's Return Policies please see our returns page or contact one of our stores.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any ‘30 Day Comfort Guarantee’ return. 
  • To be eligible for the ‘30 Day Comfort Guarantee’ shoes must not be returned damaged through misuse. These shoes are designed for everyday comfort casual wear and are not designed for hiking, exercise or rough treatment. 
  • For any fault concern or issue, the current manufacturer’s warranty still applies. 
  • Offer only available for the month of October 2019.
